RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

1. Order can be cancelled if it has not shipped out, and a full-refund will be issued.

2. Damaged item can be returned for a full refund or will be replaced. Replacement is shipped within 2 to 5 business days upon approval.

3. Product can be returned within 30 days of purchase; must remain Sealed, Unused, and Unopened.  Refund will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of returned item.  Shipping cost will not be refunded. Return extension for additional 30 days will be allowed during holiday season, from November 1 through January 31.
