1. Orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) upon receipt of payment. We ship all products from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California, USA.
Domestic Shipping (USA): 3 to 6 working days
Due to Covid-19: orders are shipped within 2 to 5 working days (may take longer for back-order items).
2. Damaged item can be returned for a full refund or will be replaced. Replacement is shipped within 1 to 2 business days upon approval.
3. All products purchased from BeautifulSkincareSite.com can be returned within 60 (sixty) days of purchase, however they must remain Sealed, Unused, and Unopened. A full refund of product cost will be issued within 5 (five) business days upon receipt of returned items, no question asked. For all returned items, only cost of products will be refunded. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
